We're sitting at a 4.7-star average across more than 300 Google reviews, and honestly, our favorite part of the job is reading them. Rather than just telling you why people love a day at The Oasis, we figured we'd let them tell you.

Staff That Feels Like Family

The single most common thing guests mention isn't a ride or a package — it's the team. "Staff were very friendly and welcoming, felt like home," wrote Jaheim L. after a recent visit. Shalena S. put it this way: "The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, and the activities were well organized and enjoyable... we truly appreciate the hospitality and effort put into making our day special."

Guests remember names, too. Maria J., who brought a group out to celebrate her boyfriend's birthday, specifically called out Ashley for how she ran the obstacle course: "She made the activity even more exciting with her energy, kindness, and beautiful personality." A handful of guests have told us the road sign is easy to miss on the way in, and we're working on bigger, clearer signage so it's easier to find us the first time. Others have mentioned wanting a bit more time on the ATV trail or in the laser tag arena — feedback we're actively taking into account as we look at our activity scheduling.
