What to Pack for a Day at The Oasis (and What to Expect)
First time coming out to The Oasis? Here's what to bring, and what your day will actually look like once you get here.
What to Pack
Day trips run 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, so plan for a full day outdoors. Bring a swimsuit or a change of clothes for the creek and pool, and closed-toe shoes if you're planning to ride the ATV trails or take a round of laser tag — sandals aren't ideal for either. Sunscreen and a hat go a long way given how much of the day happens outside, and a small towel is worth having on hand. If you'd rather not rely on the outdoor kitchen for everything, you're welcome to bring your own food and drinks — that's true for every package. And bring a card or cash for anything you decide to add on once you're here, like extra zipline rides or another round of laser tag.
What to Expect When You Arrive
We're a bookings-only resort, so make sure your date is reserved in advance — we generally recommend booking at least a month ahead, especially for weekends and holidays. Once you arrive, you'll get settled in and briefed on the day's activities before anything kicks off; past guests have specifically called out the safety briefings as one of the things that made the day feel well organized. From there, the day is yours: the zipline, the ATV trail, tactical laser tag, and the pool and creek are all available depending on which package you've booked, and you can add on extra rounds or rides as you go.
A Few Practical Notes
Children under 5 get in free, and if your group ends up larger than your package's included headcount, a small per-person overage fee applies. If your plans change, reach out to us directly and we'll walk you through your options for that booking.
