ATV Trails at The Oasis: What to Expect Before You Ride

2 min read

Off-roading is one of the most requested activities at The Oasis, and it's built to work for total beginners and experienced riders in the same group.

Guided, Not Just Rented

Every ride is led by a professional guide across our 8-acre property — through forest, open field, and along the pond — with both beginner-friendly paths and more advanced tracks available depending on how much of a challenge you're after. You're not just handed a set of keys: every ride starts with a safety briefing covering ATV operation, hand signals, and trail etiquette, plus a practice session to get comfortable with the controls before you head out. The ATVs themselves are automatic-transmission and regularly serviced, which keeps the learning curve short.

Getting Ready to Ride

Riders need to be 16 or older (anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian present to sign the waiver), and there's a 250 lb weight limit per ATV. Helmets are mandatory and provided, closed-toe shoes are required, and long pants are a smart call for protecting your legs on the trail. We ride rain or shine — light rain just adds to it — so don't let the forecast be the reason you cancel.

How Much Trail Time You Get

Rides come in 30-minute and 1-hour blocks. Most of our day packages build ATV time in directly — anywhere from 30 minutes on a Premium package up to a full hour on Corporate — and if you want more, additional 30-minute blocks can be added on. Riding standalone, without a package, runs GYD 20,000 per 30 minutes for one bike with two riders. If you're planning to pair it with laser tag, the ATV + Laser Tag combo covers a full hour of riding and two rounds of laser tag together.

Ready to hit the trail? Book a day at The Oasis and bring the whole group.
